Pre-BUDS BW Standards Test (4 Rounds for reps)

Max Efforts in 2 minutes with a 2 minute rest between efforts:

Squat

Push-ups

Strict Pull-ups

Sit-ups

– Post score as rounds (1) squats (2) push-ups (3) strict pull-ups and (4) sit-ups.

Minimum Goals:

Squat: 120

Push-ups: 100

Strict Pull-ups: 20

Sit-ups: 100
