We offer numerous classes each week for Free Trial Members. To view available class times click on the link below. Your trial membership will last for 10 days and you can attend up to 3 times in that 10 day period. Your first class is scheduled online and subsequent classes may be scheduled via email at larry@ctowncrossfit.com
All you need to participate is a good attitude, a bottle of water and a towel. We will guide you through a warm-up and workout in a group setting. While this class is not suitable to show you some of the more advanced CrossFit movements such as the Olympic lifts, it will be challenging and will give you a taste of what our group classes are like at a more advanced level. You can attend up to 3 Free Thursday or Saturday conditioning classes at no cost or obligation in the 10 day period. It’s the perfect try it before you buy it offer!
