Are you ready to build a stronger, better, faster you? To get started, you will participate in our upcoming CTOWN Rookie Camp Series consisting of 6 1-hour sessions. CTOWN Rookie Camp builds the foundation to achieving and exceeding your strength, conditioning, and sporting goals. These are mandatory sessions if you are new to CrossFit or new to CTOWN. Enrollment is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.
If you are interested in CTOWN CrossFit and have prior CrossFit experience, please contact us to arrange a time for a one-on-one evaluation.
If the set schedule for Rookie Camp does not work with your schedule, please contact us to arrange a Private Intro Series.
If you would like to start at CTOWN CrossFit with our Conditioning Membership (Thursday and Saturday classes), you do not need to enroll in Rookie Camp.
