Been Too Long

First, let me apologize about the lack of updates on our website and Facebook. Not good on my part. Thankfully, I have someone who holds me accountable and called me on it. I promise to do and be better. Just know, while I might not be the social media guru (just yet), I spend my time becoming the best coach I can be, and believe most of you experience just that every day you train with me. So, from now on — more updates, more often.

This is gonna be a quick update. I’m doing something I don’t normally do — posting the next day’s workout. Why now? Well, tomorrow’s session is gonna be EPIC! I was lucky enough to watch live, in-person as Mikko Salo crushed this workout in route to becoming the 2009 CrossFit Games Champion! Make sure you sign-up for a class today.
